Yes, if your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can cancel it and issue you a full refund. There are no cancellation fees.

How to Request a Cancellation
Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number. Because fuel orders can move to shipping quickly, the sooner you get in touch the better.
What Happens Next
If your order is still pre-shipment, we'll cancel it immediately and process a full refund. Your refund will be returned to your original payment method and should appear within the standard processing timeframe.
What If My Order Has Already Shipped?
Once fuel has left the warehouse, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to all shipped ethanol under hazmat regulations, opened or unopened, any quantity. If your order has already shipped or been delivered, please see the related articles below for your options.
