Why is there a restocking fee?

A 15% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns. It covers the cost of inspecting and reprocessing returned items. The fee is deducted from your refund.

Can I return an item I have already opened, used, or installed?

Items that are opened, used, or installed are not eligible for return or exchange. If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, please get in touch and we will take a look.

You sent me the wrong item, what happens now?

If we made an error with your order, we will arrange an exchange at no cost to you, no restocking fee, no return shipping charge. Please contact us with your order number and photos of what you received and we will get it sorted.

How long does a refund take to arrive?

Once your refund has been issued, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account. This timeframe starts from the date the refund is issued, not from the date your return is received at our warehouse. Your bank’s processing time may affect the exact date it appears.

Will I be charged for return shipping?

Return shipping is charged at the actual carrier rate, which is not the same as the subsidised rate from your original order. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. If we sent you the wrong item, return shipping is covered by us.

I am outside the 180-day window, can I still return my item?

Our standard return and exchange window is 180 days from the date of purchase. If you are outside this window, please reach out and we will review your case.
